Real Estate Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years experience. Should have experience litigating real estate disputes, including landlord tenant matters (commercial and residential), drafting complaints and default notices, contract disputes and construction disputes, and experience with administrative hearing process. Additional experience in fair housing, commercial bankruptcy (creditor side), tax sales and foreclosures is a plus. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Candidates must be currently licensed in the District of Columbia or have the ability to immediately waive into DC. In addition, a license in Virginia or Maryland is a significant plus.
