Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 10+ years of experience to provide support to firm s litigation practice. Assist lawyers during the entire litigation process. Subject to the supervision of the lawyer responsible for the matter, may assist in such tasks as: correspondence and discovery, retrieval, review, production of documents, hearings and trials, administrative proceedings, briefs, and settlements. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, trial experience, and exceptional communication and organization skills. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
