Staff Attorney/Technical Advisor - Patent Litigation, Life Sciences The candidate will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts and other professionals in firms litigation and life sciences groups. Must have bachelors degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field. Should preferably will have a Ph. D. or Masters degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a similar life sciences field. 3+ years experience providing similar legal support is preferred. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. Must be admitted to practice (or seeking admission) and active and in good standing in New York.
