Corporate/Corporate Finance Paralegal The candidate must be mid-level Corporate/Corporate Finance Paralegal experienced in technology company formation, financing and maintenance. Must have substantive experience organizing and maintaining companies, managing the full range of corporate records, stock option plan implementation and administration, venture capital financings, securities filings, blue sky research and mergers and acquisitions. Must have 3+ years of corporate and transactional experience, exemplary communication, research and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Experience working in a law firm or large corporate setting preferred. Should have a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
