Commercial Finance Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and reviewing basic ancillary loan documents such as Secretary Certificates, Payoff Letters, etc. Assisting with due diligence. Coordinating the closing process, including sending and gathering signature pages and tracking closing deliveries. Tracking and obtaining post-close items and assembling closing books. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of experience. 3+ years of experience within a transactional legal practice is required.
