Employment / Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients, and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Must have 2+ years of defense litigation experience and credentials from an ABA-approved law school, be actively licensed by the New York State Bar, and have excellent writing skills.
