Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for legal research, reviewing and summarizing medical records for attorneys, expert witness research, organizing electronic and physical files, and various other litigation functions. Working with Litigation Support Department and clients to ensure discovery is completed in accordance with rules governing E-Discovery. Experience managing and reviewing large document collections using E-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or other similar program is required. Familiarity with transcript management and trial presentation software is a plus. Must have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm litigation practice. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office/Word and Excel. 6+ years of experience as a paralegal is required.
