Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be e-filing pleadings, motions, notices and Discovery. Scheduling with the court. Assisting with preparing answers to Discovery, obtaining records for RFPs, and other document preparation in conjunction with the departments' managing attorney. Communicating and scheduling with opposing counsel and clients. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney. Should have 2+ years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience. Should have 3+ years of recent Personal Injury litigation experience (either plaintiff or defense).
