Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation Duties: Manages assigned attorneys calendars, dockets, and appointments. eFiles in state and federal courts as needed. Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds as necessary. Transcribes dictation and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. Conducts attorney time entry and billing. Maintains confidentiality of all firm and client matters. Performs other duties as assigned. Candidate with Associates degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience in all facets of the Litigation process. Must have a level of professionalism appropriate for client interactions and will maintain confidentiality of all firm and client matters at all times. Must have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Strong sense of teamwork and respect for others. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint a plus.
