Receive and place telephone calls to court officials, clients, co-counsel, and vendors. Organize and maintain documents and case files. Make photocopies and scans of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter. Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Paralegal Certificate OR 2-3 years of previous Legal Secretary experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as excellent active listening skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and become proficient in Firm Client Database. Must have 2-3 years DOCKET calendaring experience. Attention to detail is of paramount importance.
