Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the firm's trial team by drafting documents, monitoring deadlines. Will communicate professionally with court staff, clients, and all team members, manage document production and discovery databases, monitor case dockets, prepare documents and materials for hearings, trials, arbitrations, depositions, including exhibits, multimedia presentations, and demonstrative aids. Must have Bachelor's degree preferred, however graduates of an ABA approved paralegal program will be considered. Should have 3 years of experience as Paralegal. Must have experience with discovery software.
