Quillen re-elected to Fisher & Phillips' management committee

Partners in 16 offices of Fisher & Phillips have re-elected Roger Quillen to the firm's management committee for another three-year term. Having served as the firm's Chairman since 1999, Quillen has been on the committee since 1997. He specializes in federal appellate litigation involving issues related to employment discrimination, employee welfare benefit plans, and the Railway Labor Act. He has litigated issues arising before the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Quillen has a significant experience of arguing numerous cases in most federal courts. With more than 200 attorneys, Fisher & Phillips is a leading law firm in the field of labor and employment law and is based in Atlanta.

Ober|Kaler's Health Law practice tied for first place in Chambers USA state rankings

Chambers USA, a group of the nation's most widely recommended law firms and lawyers, has named Ober|Kaler's Health Law practice to first place in state rankings for the third consecutive year. Winthrop & Weinstine selects Data Domain's data-protection solutions

Winthrop & Weinstine has chosen Tapeless Data Protection solutions provided by Data Domain to create backup and restore important information related to each case and client.
