Personal Injury and Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide overall litigation support to injury client and Attorney needs. Will coordinate with attorneys and move cases forward. Regularly communicate with clients regarding their case. Preparing for and assisting with trials and depositions. Scheduling hearings with courts. Preparing and issuing discovery. Drafting motions and other pleadings. Preparing state court petitions and federal court complaints. Coordinate law office activity. Conducts research to support a legal proceeding. The candidate should have Paralegal certification or college program completed. Must have 3+ years of personal injury law experience working a Plaintiff's personal injury docket, preferably with primary concentration on car and truck accidents and premises liability cases. Experience in mass tort litigation is a significant plus. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish essential. Must be proficient in all MS Office applications. Experience with the "Needles" case management system preferred. Experience with medical malpractice and/or nursing home neglect/abuse cases desired. Medical records experience plus. Mass tort litigation experience preferred.
