Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Perform UCC searches. Research and complete filing with the Secretary of State and other agencies. Maintain and monitor corporate minute books. Participate in a variety of transactional work. Prepare documents and participate in real estate closings. Assist with probate and estate planning administration.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required. High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize a variety of matters. Technologically savvy with a high proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel; has the ability and willingness to learn new technology and processes.
