Provide support to the attorneys in our Real Estate practice group by gaining and utilizing general knowledge of the workings of local and state government to research and apply a variety of land use laws and regulations. Prepare, review, analyze, and organize documents for real estate transactions. Conduct title reviews and assist with closings. Correspond with clients, title companies, surveyors, and city and county offices. Draft and record real estate documents. Work closely with attorneys and clients on a wide range of other matters. Requirements: A two-year or associates degree required; a paralegal certificate and/or 4-year college degree preferred. Demonstrated experience with managing projects required. 2-5 years of previous experience as a land use and/or real estate paraprofessional preferred. Strong skills and experience managing projects, including utilizing proven methods and strategies for tracking projects from beginning to end. An energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined performer, with the willingness to work hard. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, through effective communication and organizational strategies.
