Legal Secretary - Immigration The candidates responsibilities include: Organizing and maintaining documents/files and emails using Outlook, a document management system, and/or a paper-based filing system. Provide general support for paralegals and attorneys. Accurately enter an attorneys time on a timely basis. Arrange department meetings, process expense reimbursements and client bills, maintain calendar appointments in Outlook, answer phones. Qualifications required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must have experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Outlook. 2 years of experience as an assistant in business immigration law in law firm or office environment preferred. Undergraduate degree preferred.
