Prepare responses to audit requests. Demonstrate basic strategic thinking and initiative with case assignments. Maintain calendars, provide attorney billing/invoice processing support, complete reports and enter time records and create new file and update client matter reports. Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and consular appointment issues. Associate's Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
