Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 1-3 years personal injury experience or experience in a litigation department. Will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks: Discovery (propounding and responding); Preparing trial binders / exhibit binders; Drafting motions, oppositions and replies; Calendaring; Training junior assistants; Case management and correspondence with opposing Counsel. Paralegal certificate is desired. Must have experience drafting discovery and motions. Should have experience helping a handling attorney with trial prep. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
