Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare and respond to written discovery requests. Order records and medical chronologies. Witness interviews and interact with clients, courts, opposing counsel, mediators, and experts. Assist attorney with deposition and hearing preparation and do trial preparation. Should have litigation experience in Insurance Defense. Must be detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills while handling a large caseload. Must have knowledge of court rules and procedures and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
