Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with preparation of court filings including, cite and fact checking of legal briefs and assembly of exhibits and appendices. Will perform legal research, (factual, legal, and internet) at the direction of counsel. Prepare witness files and exhibit binders for use at depositions and trial as well as manage complex litigation files, including e-discovery database applications. Should preferably have BA Degree. Must have 3-5 years of relevant paralegal litigation experience. Experience with Concordance software is required.
