Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include to litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, deposition and trial preparation, attendance at trial and legal research. 3+ years of substantive and recent insurance defense litigation experience is required. E-filing experience in state and federal courts is required. Should have comprehensive knowledge of all facets of trial: case management, doc review, and trial experience. Some knowledge of e-discovery and litigation support tools such as Relativity is required. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with computerized litigation databases. Ability to perform electronic research using Westlaw and/or Lexis is required. Paralegal certificate or degree is preferred.
