Part-Time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assistance with case processing, preparing forms, support letters and firm correspondence, drafting basic emails and letters, and other duties as assigned. Will prepare immigrant petitions, including extraordinary ability, multinational manager/executive and National Interest Waivers. Review and prepare non-immigrant petitions and applications, including O-1 visas. Must have 2-4 years of experience as an immigration paralegal handling all types of business immigration matters. Prior experience as an immigration paralegal is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook is needed.
