Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with current and potential clients. Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence. Conduct legal research. Update and maintain internal databases. Prepare witness and other materials for case preparation. Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. Prepare for, and attend depositions. Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions. Prepare and file all court documents. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of documents. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar. Handle various other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: Litigation support experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English). Familiarity with Personal Injury Law. Ability to work/think independently and not wait on instructions. Excellent attitude, personable and able to interact with clients. Tech Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
