Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on all litigation tasks from fact investigation to discovery with the occasional opportunity to provide support at trial. Will handle a high level of responsibility within collaborative client teams. Must have: A Paralegal Certificate and/or 4-year degree. 4-6 years complex litigation paralegal experience with a strong background in high-level case management responsibilities. Demonstrated fluency in managing all aspects of complex eDiscovery workflows from collection to production. Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including specifically Excel; Relativity, CaseMap and TextMap. The ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously and effectively establish priorities while working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. The ability to successfully track and manage details in multiple matters filed in federal and state courts nationwide. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven track record of delivering excellent client service. Experience with hearing, deposition and trial preparation. The ability to be flexible in work hours depending on demands of workload and client needs.
