Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be gathering, analyzing, and researching information and documents. Educating the client on case progression and set appropriate client expectations. Monitoring negotiations and offers. Coordinating client sign-outs. Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers, and others in the legal community. Maintaining client files. Calculating and manage deadlines. Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing case files and medical records. Review, draft, and file legal documents such as discovery responses, motions, complaints, and other pleadings for attorneys. Assisting attorneys with preparation of cases for trial. Attending trial with attorneys and assisting throughout trial. Other duties as assigned. Associate's degree is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Should have 5+ years of PI plaintiff experience. Litigation experience is required. Complex Litigation and Personal Injury experience is a plus. Spanish skills are preferred.
