Paralegal / Legal Assistant Pre-litigation The candidate will work for busy Personal Injury law firm. 5 years pre-litigation, motor vehicle experience required. Responsibilities and Duties: Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication, Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters, Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different pre-litigation stages of the case, Obtaining witnesses statements when needed, Processing PIP, Obtaining prior injury/medical and claims/lawsuits history, Sending notice letter to Medicare/Medicaid lienholders as well as tortfeasors.
