Paralegal - Lender & Insurance Litigation Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Client/Case management team to review incoming cases. Draft legal documents from the simplest to highly complex. Work with the Firm s legal calendar and related scheduling. Record and store client information in web-based case management system. Qualifications: 2+ years legal experience (ideally in consumer, real estate, or insurance law). Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred. Must have a heart for helping others. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Able and willing to work outside of normal business hours (if needed on infrequent occasions) Must be able and willing to support multiple people (multiple bosses A?). Must be flexible and adaptive to changing policies and procedures. Must enjoy a David versus Goliath A? environment. Familiar with lending, insurance, or consumer law related to debt, real estate, property insurance, or bankruptcy. Familiar with litigation process and types of legal documents filed in District & Federal courts Experience working in high volume, deadline driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to problem solve and not accept no A? for an answer Intermediate computers skills, (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, web). Quick and accurate typist.
