Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) The candidate responsibilities will include to, litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, and some legal research. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience, well-organized, independent, detailed oriented and ability to multi-task with strong oral and written communication skills. Also, will exercise excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills and manage time effectively with the ability to think critically/analytically in a dynamic environment. Experience with billable hours is a strong plus. ABA Paralegal certificate generally required.
