Business Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCIS, CBP, and DOS. Draft RFE responses. Assist with all employment-based immigration cases as assigned by attorneys. Monitor expiration dates of foreign national employees. Manage PERM filing programs for clients. Respond to client communication. Prepare content for Meltzer Hellrung's blog and newsletter. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a humanities, social science, communications, or journalism field. 6+ months experience with corporate immigration. Experience preparing H-1B petitions. Experience preparing PERM petitions. Start Date: December 2020
