Litigation Support/ Paralegal The candidate will responsible for case support, opening files, preparing notices, mailing services, answering phones and client communication. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks, be punctual, reliable, organized, and attentive to detail. Should have 2+ years of experience in a law office or property management company; 1+ years of experience in litigation support; Professional, positive business image and excellent communication skills; Strong and accurate office skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks. Should have ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results. Should have experience with preparing summons and complaint, time keeping software and client billing are all pluses.
