Able to juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor and timely seeks assistance when needed. Willing and capable to offer assistance to others when needed. Reviews and ensures accuracy of vendor invoices; timely submits invoices to office manager for processing. Should have strong document processing and project management skills. Must have proficient in advanced levels of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and the use and application of Styles, Redlining, Adobe Pro and PDF Docs4. Must be familiar with setting up and processing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.
