Corporate Paralegal and Workflow/Training's pecialist The candidate will lead and oversee training, development and workflow for corporate paralegals. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of paralegal's taffing and coordinate all's taffing needs with paralegal team and requesting attorneys. Analyze data to prepare's taffing plans and advise on's taffing needs. Ensure all paralegals are challenged and assigned the types of projects that will enable them to develop the requisite's kills for promotion to a higher experience level and to maintain high performance's tandards. Monitor productivity to achieve firm goals and to assure effective distribution of workloads and regular reporting out to the's enior Paralegal Manager. Develop workload coverage plans for leaves of absences and departures, ensuring a's mooth transition of clients/cases. Work with the's enior Paralegal Manager, Corporate team members and other departments to develop practice's pecific's tandards and protocols. Lead on-going training and mentoring to paralegals in practice's pecific's tandards. Provide Corporate Paralegal Group with updated laws and procedures. Assist with management and upkeep of corporate forms. Participate in attorney orientation and education programs pertaining to paralegals.'s trategic Initiative Implementation. Work with the's enior Paralegal Manager, Training Committee and Practice Group Director to identify and manage corporate's trategic initiatives. Work with Training Committee to develop training curriculum for paralegals, assistants,'s ecretaries, and junior attorneys. Conduct training's essions and identify resource materials to ensure's trategic initiatives are implemented. Collaborate with appropriate personnel and resources on researching and answering questions from paralegals and attorneys on as-needed basis. Effectively delegate aspects of assigned projects to other members of the paralegal group. Requires to review the work product of other team members and must be available to assist in the training of other paralegal members and provide feedback whenever it is needed. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.'s trong's ense of accountability; taking ownership of projects and responsibilities preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication's kills preferred. Ability to handle confidential information, assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions preferred. Have 15 years' experience as a Corporate Paralegal (including 5 years as a's enior Corporate Paralegal with direct training and mentoring experience). Bachelor's degree and/or certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program required.
