Immigration Paralegal The candidate will use excellent customer service skills to contact and/or respond to clients by phone or e-mail. Prepare submission for Court in removal and Asylum cases. Assist with preparation of forms, Affidavits, and other supporting materials in SIJS and removal cases. Should have 2+ years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, Asylums and SIJS. Should have 2+ years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits. Experience in Immigration Law and processing SIJS, Asylums, U visa Certification and VAWA petitions is required. Spanish skills are required.
