Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 1 year of solid experience handling Immigration Court cases, including preparing and filing I-589 and 42B packets, I-765's, interacting with clients in preparation for all hearings, etc. Must have 1 year of of solid experience in family-based immigration cases, including I-130's, I-485's, I-601A waivers, Consular Processing, DACA, etc. Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading and writing). Excellent spelling and grammar skills are required. Must have type at least 45 words per minute, accurately. Must be quick, accurate and well-organized. Must have follow instructions thoroughly and precisely and have excellent attention to detail.
