Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide duties include: Drafting complaints and other pleadings. Preparing documents, declarations, and exhibits for attorneys. Propounding and responding to Discovery. E-Filing and Court Filing. Must have extensive knowledge of E-Filing Procedures in State and Federal Courts. Must have 3-4+ years experience as a paralegal. Must have Bachelor's degree. Must have substantial litigation experience. Labor and Employment Law Experience is Preferred. Must be articulate, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, and team-player mentality.
