Immigration Paralegal The paralegal will be responsible for preparing court filings with minimal supervision, communicating extensively with clients, managing their deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Should be professional, highly organized, punctual and has a sharp attention to detail. We want someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates a disposition in helping other team members. Fluent in Spanish is required. Should be capable of drafting pleadings and discovery (preferred but not required). Should be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and Adobe Acrobat. Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
