Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, deposition summaries, preparing subpoenas, managing discovery, medical records summaries, trial prep, and legal research. Should have 2+ years of substantive litigation experience including familiarity with medical records. Provide experienced, well-organized and independent paralegal support to the attorneys in the various litigation groups including General Liability, Products Liability, Toxic Tort, etc. Comprehensive knowledge of case management. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, manage time effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Paralegal will exercise excellent judgment and decision making skills, strong organizational skills. Candidates must meet Paralegal qualifications based on California Business and Professions code 6450(c).
