Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work in all aspects of immigration law including family based petitions, citizenship, waivers. Will involves exercising strong technical competence, organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service in order to support legal teams in a fast-paced high volume immigration law practice. Gather, review and analyze case documents. Draft immigration USCIS/NVC applications and documents such as 130, I-90, I-751, N-400, I-360, I-485, I-765, I-912, I-918. Meet with clients to gather required documents and properly fill out USCIS or NVC applications and waivers. Work within tight timeframes with high volume of cases. Must have excellent writing and communications skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines are critical. Excellent organizational skills are required. Experience processing I-130, I-90, I-751, N-400, I-360, I-485, I-765, I-912, I-918 are required. U Certification, VAWA petitions, Consular processing, I-601a, I-601 and 212 are required. Spanish speaking is a plus.Must Have 2+ Years Experiences.
