Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience in employment litigation to join Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Responsibilities will include legal research; drafting legal memoranda, court documents and briefs, and client advice letters; advising public and private-sector employers on a broad range of labor, employment and human resources-related matters; and representing employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. Must have excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability and the ability to interact effectively with clients are required.
