Manage all trial preparation and support activity: manage trial exhibits; prepare trial notebooks; maintain expert binders; war room set up; communicate with experts and fact witnesses etc. Manage post trial matters. Monitor rule and other changes in the federal and state courts and the ITC and USPTO and other administrative forums where the firm practices.
