Paralegal- Civil Litigation The candidate must have civil litigation experience (motor vehicle accidents/ personal injury experience is preferred), be detail oriented, have a professional demeanor and be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also have exceptional proofreading skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include summarizing and analyzing medical records and discovery requests; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; communicating with clients; identifying and coordinating with experts; and overall case management of litigation files. Should have 2+ years of North Carolina litigation experience. A bachelor's degree is required and candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
