Commercial Litigation Attorney/Construction Law The candidate will be working with clients, drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, negotiating contract terms, reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting depositions as well as appearing in court for conferences and motions. Should have worked as an admitted attorney for at least 3 years, will be highly motivated, independent thinking who looks thrives in a challenging, but rewarding environment resolving complex commercial matters. Should be highly analytical with excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to argue in court. Must haev Juris Doctorate and New York State Bar admission. Should have 3 plus years of experience litigating in New York State Courts. New York Bar Admission (Required).
