Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will include but not limited to processing and case management of Chapter 7 & 13 cases, preparation, and filing of documents, preparation for upcoming court dockets, etc. Heavy client interaction is involved so the ideal candidate will be personable and service-oriented. Last-minute filings and deadlines are a nature of the business and some overtime may be required. Must be able to work under pressure, have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and have a take-charge personality. Debtor's side bankruptcy experience is preferred but not a requirement. Must also type 60+ WPM w/ 99% accuracy and am proficient in MS Word & Outlook. Experience with Bankruptcy Pro software is a plus but not a requirement.
