Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorney to organize and prepare legal documents. Prepare the applications for immigrant and non-immigrant visas (such as H-1B, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3) and PERM applications. Maintain and update client information on the company's case management system. Legal research on case law as related to immigration. Communicating with clients in a great business manner. Must have BA degree from accredited schools. LLM degree is preferred. Should have comprehensive knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations and/or executive orders. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to details and application of good judgment in client interactions. Must be experienced in drafting and structuring a variety of types of documents. Previous experiences in H-1B, L-1, EB-1A, EB-2/3, EB-5, O-1, F-1, NIW, PERM, or TN-Visa will be a plus. Must be bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin.
