Corporate/Real Estate Transactional Legal Secretary Duties: Provide secretarial support to corporate and real estate transactional attorneys, including preparing, revising and redlining transaction documents. Prepare/revise/finalize correspondence, agreements, documents, and other clerical projects. Assist with preparation and review of corporate filings, minutes and other corporate records. Conduct Westlaw and other research regarding corporate or real estate matters as needed. Complete conflict check/engagement process for new matters. Scheduling, calendaring and filing for designated attorneys. Prepare expense reimbursements and perform other administrative functions. Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program. Must have 4 years recent law firm experience. Must be extremely organized, have attention to detail and a take charge attitude. Proficiency in Windows environment, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel. Essential characteristics: positive attitude, flexible, organized, team-oriented, professional, detail-oriented, punctual, and strong project management skills. Solid knowledge of California Secretary of State corporate filing procedures and real property recorder's office. Must be able to multi-task. Proficient with document management platforms such as WorkSite, Net Docs.
