Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of experience including construction defect or construction related litigation. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to conduct extensive legal research and ability to maintain, organize and analyze voluminous case documents. Will assist attorneys in all aspects of a case from onset through case resolution. Certified Paralegals are preferred. Should have strong PC, MS Office, and typing skills. Experience with Prolaw for docketing and Worldox document management a plus.
