Senior Litigation Paralegal Duties: Managing all case materials, including all electronic files and database applications; Obtaining from, or filing materials with, federal and local courts and agencies; Factual research; Tracking the course of information and case materials; Training and supervising the work of junior paralegals; Prepare for and attend trials.
REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree; 5 years of previous litigation experience; Trial experience and the ability to travel during out-of-state trials; Ability to manage litigation cases of all sizes from initiation through resolution; Significant experience locating, interpreting, and applying court and/or agency rules; Ability to supervise, train, and delegate to junior personnel; Strong attention to detail; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to anticipate plans, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 is preferred. Experience using Adobe Acrobat and litigation support applications such as Relativity, Concordance, Case Map, and Case Notebook is preferred.
