Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate provides exceptional client support, including in-house counsel, human resources personnel, foreign national employees, and high-net-worth clients. Gathers, review, and analyze case documents. Drafts immigration applications/petitions, including forms and support letters for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa classifications. Works within tight timeframes with a high volume of cases. Processes incoming paperwork from clients and government agencies, including updating and maintaining an immigration tracking database. Shows superb ability to prioritize, manage and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Shows the ability to successfully drive and complete projects and assignments under minimal supervision and direction. Provides exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of a client's organization. Performs solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for process improvements. Shows reliability, professionalism, and ability to work in a team. The candidate should exercise strong technical competence, organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service to support legal teams in a fast-paced immigration law practice. Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and case management systems/ability to learn essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills (E-mail/Phone/Zoom).
