Business Litigation Paralegal Candidate will assist counsel to independently argue in court on a daily basis. Will need to write strong briefs within a limited time frame. 2+ years experience dealing specifically with federal court and EEOC charge filings. Law firm practice areas include intellectual property, corporate litigation, and employment is required. Impeccable writing and client comfortability are a must, in addition to experience handling matters in both state and federal court. Must have experience handling employment law and all aspects of business litigation. Must have experience drafting both written discovery and dispositive motions (Motion to Dismiss, Motion to Compel, etc.), along with substantive court trial experience. Should be comfortable in a small-firm environment and able to work both independently and within a team setting.
