Duties: Independently prepares documents to assist attorneys with matters. Review complex legal documents. Compile and analyze case facts. Determine and calendar deadlines. Communicate with clients and visa beneficiaries. Requirements: Paralegal certification / degree from accredited college or university is preferred. 2+ years of paralegal experience working in a high volume business immigration practice. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; VisaTrax/Zoom and Document Management System. Must be able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, copier, fax, and scanner. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
